Project phasing ensured minimal impact to on-going building operations and activities.

    Provided air conditioning systems utilizing multiple split systems for ventilation and cooling and repair the existing heating system including converting the controls to a non-pneumatic system. The power was also upgraded to accommodate the new HVAC systems. New lighting fixtures to replace old and energy inefficient fixtures.

    The project entailed an engineering analysis of the existing HVAC systems, electrical systems and equipment of a total of eleven (11) buildings. Design and construction documents were also prepared to improve energy efficiency and achieve energy savings throughout.
